Parking Places
There are as much as 4500?nbsp;parking places in Arkadia, including 60 places for the disabled.
Parking lots are fitted with visual information system that advises drivers of available parking places.
Green light means an unoccupied place, while red light means an occupied one. At the end of each lane visual information is displayed to indicate the number of available parking places.
